Past Life Regression – Are a Teen’s Anxiety and Suicide Attempts Linked to His Death in The Great San Francisco Earthquake?

Suicidal boyReese, a very intuitive friend of mine, brought her grandson, Jack to see me (not their real names). She had the feeling that a Past life Regression would help him figure out what was going on with his life. Jack had a troubled childhood and had very recently tried to overdose on medication. He was struggling to get his life back on track. Reese stayed outside and gave us the space to talk. She had told me he had displayed so many intuitive abilities as a child. Jack was 19 years old and very likeable. I asked questions upfront to get a sense of what things may come up in the session that were important to investigate. Jack also asked if I could help him stop smoking. Another thing he talked about was that he liked to play with fire. I realized later that this was probably a clue to a past life.

Jack also mentioned that he had tried to kill himself twice “officially”, but in actuality the number was five times. The first time was when he was 8 years old. He tried to hang himself with his shoelaces in a closet at his stepmom’s house. This was not a great relationship. Jack’s recent attempt happened after he had felt chest pains and his mom took him to the hospital. They ran tests but could find no reason for his chest pain. While he was in the hospital a 7.2 magnitude earthquake hit between the Mexico and California border approximately 200 miles away. It was a pretty good jolt. They went home from the hospital and Jack immediately tried to call his ex girlfriend. They had recently broken up and she wouldn’t talk to him. He said he felt so upset that he tried to end it with the pills. He really wasn’t sure why he felt so desperate, but it became clear later in the session.

When the hypnosis session began, he seemed to stick to his current lifetime at first. He described playing in a hallway as a child with and old man. I wondered if something inappropriate had happened. When I asked who the old man was, he said, ’He was my friend’. Later his grandmother Reese told me that he used to play in that hallway by him self with his imaginary friend. It gave me goose bumps! I sensed that his subconscious was avoiding the lifetime he needed to see by taking a few of these detours. Through deepening techniques in the hypnotic process he finally relaxed enough to see the past life that was important for him to see. I knew we had arrived when he suddenly jumped.

Mechanic 300dpiHe said, ’It was a big earthquake!’ Jack started describing being covered in bricks. I had him back up to a point before it hit. He described walking home from work and wiping his dirty, greasy hands on his wok uniform. Jack thought that maybe he was a mechanic. He reached his apartment, went upstairs and started to become concerned as he realized his girlfriend wasn’t there. He was wondering where she was and BOOM the quake hit. He described feeling pinned down on his chest by the bricks. I had him try to look forward and he said he had died. I asked him where in the world this was, he said the US. I asked him if he could name the city or state. He said it was the West Coast about 90 or so years ago. This would place it in the early 1900’s.

San Francisco EarthquakeI asked him to float up out of his body and head to his cloud (during hypnosis the cloud is a safe place for clients to retreat to between lifetimes or if they are afraid). I asked him what he was thinking as he floated up away from his body. He still sounded bothered and said, ’Where is my girlfriend’’ At this point I worked with his spirit guides to help in his healing process. We cleared the pain and fear, and then healed his energy field.

I lead Jack to look into his future in a forward progression to help him his see his potential life paths. He described being able to see two paths, one with a marriage and kids and the other path looked bad if he made poor choices. I had him spend time looking at both of his potential life paths to help him really feel how his future choices would affect him. He was relieved to see a good future path.

From Jack’s description and time frame I realized that he must have died in the San Francisco Quake. I did some research and the part that stood out was the fact that a lot of the victims died from burning in the fires that followed while they were trapped in the rubble. Jacks interest in fire and smoking may have been an unconscious way to desensitize him self to that death. (Another hypnotherapist said she noticed a correlation between clients that died in gas chambers during the holocaust or poisoning death and their smoking now.)

Once Jack was able to see that his fear was based in another lifetime he was able to freely live his life now and move forward. He stopped living with the fear of when will it happen, when will everything come crashing down. Jack no longer felt the need to get it over with before it got him! Reese said that he is doing much better, working and happily married to a great girl.

My Training with Dr. Brian Weiss – Past Life Regression and Soul Lessons

Dr. Brain Weiss

One of the really great experiences I’ve had was learning from the wonderful Psychiatrist, Dr. Brian Weiss and his wife Carol. Soaking up their methods of Hypnotherapy and how to conduct a successful Past Life Regression. Many of you may know who this gracious man is through his books. My favorite is his first – Many Lives, Many Masters. You may have seen him on the Oprah show or more recently on Super Soul Sunday. As a result of this training I have been conducting hypnotherapy sessions with my own clients for a number of years now. I am still excited by the idea that we can go back and see another lifetime, another existence. We can understand the things that have happened and the people we knew then and how they are impacting us in our current lives.

My training was held at The Crossings in Austin Texas. The beautiful hilltop secluded setting was icing on the cake. I splurged and stayed in one of the private small bungalow rooms (bare bones but nice). My husband was horrified to learn that I has spent the entire time with no TV ? Many of the 100 trainees shared rooms or stayed in the group accommodations. The food was vegetarian and healthy (another thing that would have scared my husband!) I saw many people walking the trails to reflection sites on the property, the Sanctuary garden or meditating while walking the interwoven path of the labyrinth outlined in stones. Spa treatments were available too, but I was focused on learning. I didn’t even bring a camera and I’m still kicking myself… This was before iPhones or I would have been all over it!

We found out that about 60% of the students were from countries other than The US. Many students were from Japan, China and South America, but really everywhere. 70% of the students were Doctors, Nurses, and Psychologists and yes there were even 3 other engineering types besides me! One interesting man described a near death experience after his plane crashed. During that time I heard so many interesting stories about the paths that lead people to attend. I also realized how lucky I was to live in California where I have many friends that are intuitive and don’t think I’m peculiar (At least so they’ve said!) A couple of ladies from Oklahoma said they wouldn’t be able to share their experiences with anyone else where they lived for fear of ridicule. I heard the same thing from some fun ladies from the UK.

Fitness Man

Lesson 1. It is possible to see your potential lives into the future.
Brian Weiss hypnotized the whole room a couple of times and lead us through past lives, but then he lead us through a future life progression. The future life I saw struck me as particularly funny because I was a big strong athletic guy in my late 20’s. I was running in mud and leaping between the bases of tall pine trees on very uneven muddy ground. I was leading wilderness fitness runs through the forests of Canada. This seemed to be way off the beaten path and extreme. I’m sure it’s something I need to learn because I don’t even like camping in this life time… and I’m not exactly an fitness buff!

Lesson 2. The Fastest Way to come back as something else (part of a group) is to hate them.
I kept thinking about one of the things that Brian Weiss said: “The fastest way to come back as something else is to hate them”. So, OK… That may explain my future life… I’m not exactly fond of exercising! If your are prejudice against a race, religion or gender… Look out! We come back in all shapes, sizes, nationalities and belief systems. I’m imagining there are a lot of Cavalry soldiers who came back as Native Americans, Slave-owners who are now African American, Men who repressed women that are now petite little ladies dealing with repression… You get the drill; these various skin costumes we wear help us learn that we are really all the same underneath. One guy said, “Well then, I hate rich people!” Good try ?.

Lesson 3. There is no set Formula to conduct a Past Life Regression.
Brian Weiss then had us break down into smaller groups and try out the Past life hypnosis techniques on each other. The first lady in our group hypnotized another male student and he didn’t go all of the way under. I went next and the lady I was practicing on started talking about a past life as an Indian woman being attacked by a bear. I really didn’t expect her to go into a past life, because we were not to that part of the training yet! Dr. Weiss said to just go ahead and lead her through it. I did my best imitation of him and we got through it. Whew! It did help my confidence and now years later, I know that It’s not the exact words or techniques that work. It’s a combination of the subject being willing to trust the process and suspend their analysis of the information until the recall is complete. The hypnotherapist also needs to be flexible and follow the client’s lead.

Lesson 4. Our bodies will sometimes recreate physical ailments to communicate a past life trauma or scar.
During a demonstration Dr. Weiss worked with a Medical Doctor from Austria. She expressed feeling a lot of anxiety that her children and other family members would die. In the beginning of her regression he took her back to a happy time in her childhood. She described playing and happily spending time with her grandmother. He next took her into a past life and she described being a “woodsman” lying in bed, in pain, dying from an ax injury to the leg. (Her) his wife and son were at the bedside. She cried at leaving them behind as she died. She recognized the wife’s soul as her grandmothers in her current life. When she was awakened, she told him that she realized her fear of her family dying began when her grandmother passed away 20 years before. She also realized that her own leg had caused her a lot of pain ever since that time and nothing medically had helped. After her regression, her leg felt completely better and her anxiety was gone. Somehow the pain of her grandmother’s death awoke in her the physical pain from the previous life. Once her conscious mind understood that it was a loss and injury from another time, then her body and subconscious were able to let it go. I rode back to the airport with her and she said that her leg pain and anxiety were still completely gone.

Lesson 5. Even Brian Weiss took over 30 tries to recall his own past Lives.
People worry that they won’t be able to experience a past life. Brian Weiss confessed that his medical training as well as his scientific and analytical mind slowed him down in his own recall. He had to try over and over again with self-hypnosis until he was able to experience his Past Lives. I’m sure that because he is the godfather of bringing credibility to this subject matter that he may not have had a hypnotherapist to work with when he decided to explore his own past lives. In my own practice I have a very high success rate with the analytical. It is all in the approach!

Kim Trotman - Brian Weiss Past Life

Lesson 6. Our souls meet in many lifetimes.
I remember Dr. Weiss describing a past life of his in answer to a question about people recognizing other souls. I wish I could do this better justice, but here goes: He described that he was an injured man whose family was relegated to living on the outskirts of a town and scraping for his family to get by. He described seeing a commotion going on in town, with a crowd of people and soldiers. He went up to see what was happening and saw a man, who he realized was Jesus, being mocked and tormented through town while he was dragging a large wooden cross toward his crucifixion. He realized that he knew of and loved Jesus from the periphery. He wanted to give him something to drink or try to help him. Jesus gave him a look of don’t risk it! and a slight shake of his head.

He had never publically told this story and during one of Dr. Weiss’s other experiential seminars he lead a group through a Past Life Regression and had a surprise. A few of the participants were relaying their experiences and a woman from Japan described the exact scene of being a woman in the crowd and had experienced seeing Jesus from the opposite side. Then she told Dr. Weiss “I saw you there, across the crowd!” She described his appearance and the scene in enough detail that they seemed to have both shared the same experience.

Somehow hearing that he was there doesn’t surprise me. Brian Weiss is such a kind and humble man. He risked his education from Columbia University and Yale Medical School, his Psychiatry career, and his position as a founding chairman and chairman emeritus for the department of psychiatry at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami to help you and I learn about living and healing from our Past Lives. He shares his knowledge freely with so much love and compassion. I am one lucky person!

Past Life Regression – Murdered Brother Is Now Her Son

Tommy
Tommy

Jennifer’s Past life account is a very vivid and dramatic account of seeing her Brother Tommy murdered. After the her initial shock of seeing the murder, I was able to help Jennifer clear the fear that had been haunting her for lifetimes. Later in talking with her her father, he told her of his life long reoccurring dreams of a plantation and could also describe the land and layout in detail. They realized that he had been her father then, as well. Even though her husband wasn’t too sure what to make of the whole process, he was relieved to see her happy and carefree self return. I find these past life memories so interesting and enjoy helping in the healing process! ~ Kim Trotman, CHT

JENNIFER’S STORY Although I was living a happy, blessed life, I began to experience intense feelings of anxiety that I couldn’t explain. In addition, when I would drop my eight year-old son off at school, I felt a deep sense a grief…as if I were never going to see him again. My sadness and tears were embarrassing, and I was confused, unable to identify the cause of my emotions. These feelings went on for months, so I went to my doctor to seek help. After explaining my symptoms, I was told, “You’re depressed. Take some Prozac.” I was dissatisfied with this diagnosis, so I began acupuncture treatments, which effectively reduced my anxiety, but not my grief.

While showing me a tai chi movement, my acupuncturist did a quick wrist flick that triggered my grief. I sobbed uncontrollably for hours without understanding why. My acupuncturist called Kim Trotman for help and I scheduled an appointment for a past life regression with her the next day.

When I met with Kim, I didn’t know what to expect. I had meditated before, but I had never given any thought to reincarnation or past lives. However, I knew I needed to release my grief, and was willing to try anything to get relief. The first moment I met Kim, she was warm and welcoming with an air of calmness. She was sincere in her desire to help me, so I knew I could trust her with this process.

As we began the regression, Kim guided me into a relaxed state of meditation, then asked me to visualize myself floating in space and traveling back in time. Next, she asked me to visualize myself back on earth surrounded by fog. When the fog lifted, Kim encouraged me to look around and describe what I saw.

As the fog slowly dissipated, I immediately knew I was at a farm in Virginia during the 1860’s pre-Civil War era. I was eleven years old and could see my home, the fields where I played with my younger brother, and our slaves Jim and Ella working in the vegetable garden. As I explored the inside of our house, I was drawn to the library where my father’s office was located. We grew tobacco and cotton on our farm and Papa was a shrewd farmer and successful businessman. My bedroom was white and pink and very feminine. I vividly saw the white canopy bed with a white lacy coverlet, and pink floral design on the wallpaper. I laughed, because I am such a tomboy in this lifetime and would never enjoy such a girly room. In that lifetime, however, the room delighted me and was a perfect reflection of my femininity.Past Life Bedroom

In the kitchen, there was a flurry of activity going on as our household slaves were preparing for a formal business dinner that Papa was hosting that night. That’s when I saw my younger brother, Tommy, for the first time, sneaking carrots off the cook’s table. He was eight years old, with brown hair, freckles, and golden brown eyes that always twinkled with mischief. Cook shooed us out the door, and we went to play in the field behind our house. Tommy loved, insects, snakes, and all things creepy crawly. I disliked bugs, but would feign interest because I loved Tommy and knew it made him happy. We got on well together, and were one another’s playmates and best friends.

The next scene I saw was Tommy and I sitting at the dinner table in our formal attire with Mama, Papa, a businessman, and his cranky, critical wife. As children, our role was to be seen, not heard, while Papa and the gentleman discussed a business proposal. The man’s wife kept her face puckered most of the evening and complained about everything. Mama was gracious and apologetic; Tommy and I did our best to behave, even though we were appalled by the woman’s rudeness. At the end of the evening, Papa escorted the couple out, then told Mama, “I will never do business with that man. He’s a crook and a cheat!” Mama replied, “His wife was the most awful woman I’ve ever met!” Tommy and I were shocked – Mama never said a cross word about anyone!

Fast forward a week or two, and a new dress arrives for me. It was special ordered from town and as I dressed, I felt like such a grown-up lady in my fancy new gown. It was white with seed pearl buttons, and lots of lace and satin ribbons sewn into the bodice. I put on my wide brimmed hat and sauntered through the kitchen where Cook whistled low at me, smiling her broad smile. I grinned feeling so grown up and important. As I stepped onto the back porch, I bathed in light and warmth from the late spring sun. I saw Tommy playing in the field just left of the vegetable garden. “Tommy!” I called. “Look at my new dress!” He glanced up from the grasshopper he was holding and his eyes grew big with astonishment. He smiled lovingly at me and said, “Oh, Susanna! You look like such a lady!” With that twinkle in his eye, I thought he might throw a dirt clod at me, so I was prepared to run inside. Instead, he called, “Come on over hear so I can see you in the sunlight.”

As he admired my dress with a sweet, loving smile of admiration, we heard two horses approach our property. One chestnut horse was ridden by a squatty balding man I knew was an accountant. The other horse was ridden by a man in a charcoal grey wool suit. He had black hair, a black mustache, and dark energy. I immediately called him the man with the black heart and new he was trouble. “Where’s your father?!” he commanded. Scared though I was, I politely replied, “He’s not home, sir. He went to town on business.” “That’s a lie!” he retorted. “I’ve just come from town. Now you tell me where he is!” Tommy stepped in front of me protectively. “Mister, she just told ya where he is. Can’t you hear? If you want to find Papa, you gotta go to town!” Tommy new he was being impertinent, but he didn’t like this man any more than I did, which is why he talked back that way.

past life Black Heart

Insulted by my smart-aleck brother, the man with the black heart suddenly grabbed a hatchet from his pack and threw it straight into Tommy’s chest. The force of the blow knocked him to the ground and blood began streaming from his chest, pooling in a dark puddle around his body. He was dead instantly. “NO! TOMMY NOOOOOO!” I screamed, as the men rode off. I ran to Tommy, cradling him in my arms sobbing and begging, “No Tommy, no! Don’t die Tommy, don’t die!” His blood was all over my new white dress, but I didn’t care. My brother was dead and I’d have given anything in that moment to have him back.

Ella burst out of the house onto the back porch with Mama hurrying behind her. “Don’t let Mama see!” I shouted to Ella and angled my body between Tommy and the house to block her view. Mama stepped onto the porch, gasped in horror as I huddled over Tommy. She fainted into Ella’s arms. Jim ran over to me and pried my arms off of Tommy. “You gotta let him go now Miz Susanna. It’s time to let him go.” He murmured gently. “You go on in the house now Miz Susanna, and let ole Jim take care of Tommy.” He softly nudged me toward the house, and I remember walking stunned and silent to the porch where I crumpled in a crying heap.

Mama was in a state of shock, so Ella helped her lie down upstairs in her room. When Papa came home, I bravely told him what happened. He listened silently, with tears of sorrow in his eyes. Papa knew how much I loved Tommy and understood the pain and loss I was suffering. He barely noticed the blood on my dress, as he placed his hand on my shoulder and nodded. His eyes flashed with anger. With steely resolve, Papa immediately rode off on his horse toward town. As he galloped down our drive, I ran after him hollering, “Papa don’t! We need you!” I don’t know if he heard me or not, but he never slowed down. I knew he was going to town to get revenge. Papa was going to kill the man with the black heart.

As he approached the hotel where the black-hearted man was staying, Papa walked upstairs to his room. When he entered, the man was surrounded by six of his henchmen. Papa was trembling with anger, determined to kill this man. “Are you the man who murdered my son?” he demanded. The man with the black heart stood face to face with my father, looked him dead in the eyes and sneered, “Yes.” In this moment, Papa realizes this man is an assassin who was sent to kill him for refusing a business deal at dinner the other night. He knows if he acts out his plan for revenge, he will be killed and our farm will be lost. Although he does not want to be considered a coward, Papa stares him down and says, “You’re not worth it.” The henchmen laugh and call him “yellow” and “coward”, insulting his manhood. Papa holds his head high and leaves. As he mounts his horse to come home, one of the thugs shoots Papa from the balcony. The bullet pierces his left calf, but he gets away.

Bleeding and weak, Papa returned to the farm. Ella and Jim lay him on the table in the kitchen and immediately begin to wash his wound and dig the bullet from his leg. Standing in my stained dress, huge tears of fear and concern begin to roll down my cheeks. First I lose Tommy, now Papa. This is the worst day of my life. I feel so helpless, and look at Ella quietly pleading to let me help. “Go say some prayers now Susanna. Let me and Jim take care of your daddy.”

Pastlife Regression Slave

Over the next few days, Papa ran a high fever and we were all worried he might die from infection. His business partners came to the house, and I was relieved, thinking they were here to help run the farm and check on Papa. Instead, they gathered in the library and argued about who would take over the farm when Papa died! I was so appalled at their greed and insensitivity, I burst into the library and started shouting, “You pigs! Get out of my house! You don’t care a lick about Papa. He’s sick and dying and instead of helping us out, all you can argue about is who’s gonna be in charge next. You’re disgusting and I want all of you out – NOW!” My heart was racing. It wasn’t proper for a young lady to raise her voice and speak to adults that way. When Tommy had popped off, he was killed for it. I didn’t care though. These men were supposed to look out for our family and our farm, and I was too disappointed to care about propriety. Fortunately, Ella came to back me up. “Go on now, gentlemen. You done riled up Miz Susanna and disturbed the master with all dat arguin’. It’s time for you to go.” She ushered them all out the door, where they stood shocked that both a girl and a slave woman had the audacity to speak so brazenly to ‘respectable’ businessmen. When Ella shut the door, I told her, “I’m gonna run the farm Ella. I don’t know much now, but I can read some, so I’ll learn.”

Fortunately, Papa recovered just fine and our farm endured the Civil War better than most. We housed soldiers from the Union and the Confederacy at different times, nursing and feeding them as best we could.

Later, when Papa died, Mama lost her will to live and passed on shortly after him. I took over the farm, tending to the tobacco and cotton the way my father taught me and running the business as best I could. I fired all of Papa’s business partners, knowing they weren’t trustworthy. They tried to sue me, and scare me off the farm, but I stubbornly stood my ground. Several suitors proposed marriage, but I knew they were after our land, and didn’t care one cent about me. I turned them all down, which was considered improper, but knew I had to run the farm my way.

At the end of my life, sweet Ella was tending to me on my sick bed. I told her how much I loved her and Jim and said, “I’m leaving the farm to you and your families. You and Jim are the only family I have left, so I want you to have it. The townfolk won’t like it, but it’s the right thing to do.” I told her I had the legal documents giving my rights to the farm over to Ella and Jim. She just smiled and said, “Thank you Miz Susanna. Thank you.” I passed away peacefully, smiling.

Kim slowly brought me back to the present where I felt peaceful and relieved. I was also overwhelmed by the complexity and detail of everything I had just experienced, but I knew without a doubt I had lived that lifetime in Virginia. After a few insightful questions, Kim helped me connect the people in my past life to the loved ones in my present life. My brother Tommy was the same spirit as my current son. They were both eight years old, which explained the sorrow I felt when I dropped my son off at school. I felt like I would never see him again, because Tommy had been killed at that age. Also, my father in this lifetime is the same father from my past life. Making these connections explained so many things about our relationship and why we both feel like old souls who’ve known each other beyond this lifetime. Kim also helped me deepen my awareness of why I am fiercely independent, slow to trust men in personal and business relationships, and absolutely hate wearing dresses. Some may say this is a coincidence, but I truly believe these feelings stem from my experiences in the Virginia lifetime.

Since this past life regression with Kim, my grief and anxiety have completely disappeared. I feel healthier, happier, lighter and more self-aware as a result of this experience. I would highly recommend a past-life regression to anyone who is suffering emotional distress or some other block that hinders their development. Kim’s healing energy and insight will enhance their self-awareness, clear the blocks, and help them move forward with their personal evolution.

Married to the Man Who Murdered Her in Their Past Life

mudered in a past life

I had an interesting case recently. A professional woman Marty and her husband Alan came in to see if I could help her. (Not their real names) She looked extremely stressed and tired. She was getting worse and had even quit her prominent job. Her very protective husband was desperate to find help for her. Through a series of questions it came to light that she was really uncomfortable with water. She was especially fearful of dirty water. As a child Marty had almost drowned, so that was a real possibility for the cause of her fear, but it seemed to run deeper. She was not sleeping well and had nightmares about dirty water. (These had stopped when she met her husband 5 years before). Marty felt a constant sense of choking. Another thing she mentioned was not being able to stand it when Alan put his hand on or near her stomach.

Marty’s aura was quite grey and shriveled looking. What happened next was a surprise. She closed her eyes and I started to clear her Chakras (Energy Centers that run along the center of the body) using Reiki. She had blocked the energy at the crown of her head. This seemed to be her way of protecting herself and to block what she was feeling. As I opened the energy flow, she said she could feel it running down through her body like water. Blocked energy is not healthy for your body. I worked my way down and when I got to her third Chakra (the one in the stomach area) I felt a sharp jolt of energy shoot out and into my hand! After I cleared this Chakra I motioned to her husband to hold his hand in this area, along with mine. I did this to understand what was going on with their energy dynamic. Her eyes were closed but as soon as his hand entered her energy field she started to cringe. I had him remove his hand and she burst into tears, started shaking and said she was a little girl running. Her trauma from this Past Life was so close to the surface that she spontaneously went into it without hypnosis. It was like opening up a bottle of soda under pressure. The built up pressure needs to be released.

Marty went easily into the hypnotic state and again started sobbing and shaking. She described running through a forest and hearing wolves breathing as they chased her. I held her hand as she relived this past life. Alan reached for her hand and she violently pulled back. He looked hurt and worried, but sat back. Marty said in a little girl’s terrified voice that she was getting tired and couldn’t keep running. I told her to just see what happens next. While still crying, she said in a shocked voice, “It’s not wolves, it was HIM! It’s ALAN and he’s choking me and holding my head in the dirty water. He’s killing me!” Alan started crying at that point. Marty was extremely upset and angry. He had left her there floating in the dirty pond. She could see her doll floating next to her, under a big full moon that was lighting up the night. This life seemed to be in Europe. He (Alan) had worked for her mother chopping wood and wanted to get Marty out of the way. She said, “I hate him”. A few days after her murder, police dogs found her body. She could even see the state of decay her body was in. (A bit unusual) She described seeing the murderer (Alan) hiding behind a tree watching and laughing as the police found her. Marty was especially sad for her mother to see her like that. She stayed around in spirit until she was buried and became furious to see him at her funeral smirking. He “threw” her little body into the grave. Marty was outraged that her mother and everyone else never found out that he had murdered her.

After this tough session I had her float up and heal. I asked her to let the fear and anger float back to the past. I asked her to forgive him and reminded her that Alan had come back and was now very loving toward her. That he was trying to make it up to her now, in her current lifetime. She struggled with it. Marty then said in a surprised voice that her favorite grandmother (deceased) had joined her. She lovingly told Marty that she really needed to let it go and forgive him. With this help I could see her forgive him and soften.

Afterward when Marty was awake, Alan understandably had a hard time accepting that he was her murderer, but Marty was convinced. She said she felt much better, a sense of relief. She had hated the full moon and wolves before and now this made more a lot more sense.

When Marty came back with a friend a week later, I was happy to learn that her choking had stopped. She visibly looked much happier and more relaxed. I hadn’t realized it, but prior to the session, Marty had asked Alan for a divorce. Afterwards she felt so much better that they were back together and she didn’t feel that sense of dread when he physically touched her.

Until we find a way to clear unresolved pain, resentment or fear, they can hang on through lifetimes and cause problems in our current life. Past life Regression and Hypnotherapy are a great tool help us through. Once we see and understand consciously what has happened the lingering pain and fear can be released for good!

The Secrets to a Successful Past Life Regression – The Death Scene

tiger

The death scene is usually not scary. I know this seems counterintuitive, but I’ve found this to be the case. Normally the specific moments during the lifetime are more pivotal. In one session a woman of Asian American descent was experiencing a lifetime as a boy of around 10 years old from a primitive tribe. He was allowed to hunt with the men because of a drought condition and shortage of food. While hunting the boy heard a noise behind them and a tiger chased them. He couldn’t run as fast as the men through the sand and got caught. I had her float up out of the body and look down. I asked her what was happening, and she was kind of suppressing a laugh and said the tiger was eating the boy. Then she said I don’t know why, but this just seems extremely funny to me. I never cease to be amazed! In processing at the end there was absolutely no fear of death in that existence. More often clients can just describe it as if watching a movie, and they occasionally stay around and watch loved ones for a while after their death.

The lifetimes are gathered, processed and healed after floating out of the bodies into the area in between lives. Our guides, higher self or even deceased loved ones are often experienced in this area. Bringing the various lifetime memories into the conscious mind and understanding your patterns will lead to real healing. Things that have held us back or caused us to feel physically or emotionally stuck or sick become clear.

More insights will come to you in the weeks after your session. Once the memory has been opened you have the key to that door your mind will continue to process the data. Understanding and insights will come to you in dreams or while in thought and even in further hypnosis sessions. For some, one session is all you need, for others it’s a process of peeling back the layers of issues from the past and they will have a series of sessions over time.

It doesn’t really matter whether you believe that you have been reincarnated or it only exists in your mind. The healing and perception beyond your physical existence can be profound. The conscious amnesia we have to our previous life times helps us focus on the current life we are leading and not be cluttered with everything we have ever done in all of our existences. This amazing process gives us a way to sift through and find the important experiences and lives that have immediate impact on our current existence to help us become un-stuck and move forward!

The Secrets to a Successful Past Life Regression – My Personal Experience

Past life regression

Most of us are curious about our past lives and how they affect our current lifetime. Is it really possible to explore these experiences our self? Yes, Past Life Hypnotic Regression makes this possible. These are some things that will help you have a successful experience.

My personal experience of developing a phobia and having nightmares of being strangled seemingly came out of the blue in my early 20’s. A choking feeling and health problems with my throat became constant. I would feel panicked when anyone or anything was near my neck. My awareness of reincarnation prompted me to finally try Past Life Hypnosis. I realized that the phobia was really my soul trying to send me a warning. The problems started a few months before I dated the man who strangled me in past life. He was still a jerk but at least he didn’t strangle me this time around. Even though I had stopped dating him, the phobia and symptoms continued until I brought it into my conscious mind. After this, my health issues improved and my phobia went away. This personal experience fueled my desire to help others heal their own phobias, fears, physical ailments and relationship issues that traditional therapy and medicine have not helped.

I am a huge fan of Dr. Brian Weiss and his fascinating book “Many Lives, Many Masters” where he describes his journey of discovering the healing potential of using hypnosis with his patient Catherine to uncover the traumas from her previous life times that had plagued her current life. He went from a skeptical Psychiatrist to an advocate and teacher sharing his expertise in the field. I feel so fortunate to have studied with Dr. Brian Weiss and his wife Carol at the Omega Institute in Texas. I received my Past Life Hypnotherapy Certification with a true master teacher and wonderful person! Be sure to check out his new book “Miracles Happen, The Transformational Healing Power of Past-Life Memories” that he wrote with his daughter Amy E. Weiss, MSW.

Various reasons motivate people to take the journey into their past lives. Some are tourists, open to any experience to confirm their existence beyond this physical body. Others have more pressing problems holding them back in their current life or relationship. Stay tuned; I will post some of the fascinating stories in upcoming blogs!

Vivid detailed dreams that feel real can be a clue to your other lifetimes. The following is an example of this type of dream that I had as a teenager. I was a man fighting on the deck of a large ship (maybe Spanish armada). I found myself partially behind a large mast when I looked up and saw a puff of smoke. I saw a man pointing an odd looking gun with a flared end at me. I started to fall onto the deck and I knew I was dead. I woke up with a start and knew it was probably a past life.

Ask your higher self to help you become aware of what issues to focus on before you go to sleep or while you meditate. Even if you are not consciously aware of receiving an answer, this will help streamline your experience and point you toward the information that will be the most beneficial in a session.
